We created an entertaining array of vinyl Roodle graphics – temporarily applied over a new corporate vehicle wrap – to rebrand the company trailer as Gates Carbon Drive for Interbike’s Outdoor Demo 2017.

Interbike – the “largest annual gathering of the bicycle industry in North America” – moved to a new location for 2018 in Reno Tahoe.  Interbike allows over 800 companies – representing over 1,000 cycling brands – to showcase their newest products to bicycle retailers, distributors, importers and the media – attracting over 4,000 retail buyers from 49 states.

While Interbike’s primary show is held indoors at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, the real fun is held over 2-days at the separate Outdoor Demo event at nearby Northstar California Resort where buyers and media test all of the latest products on legendary mountain bike trails and rolling paved roads.

Gates Carbon Drive planned to use the 40′ Gates Corporation race trailer as an inviting display backdrop as well as an interior private meeting space with their buyers – requiring new Gates Carbon Drive branding that would not damage the newly applied Gates Corporation wrap graphics.

Roodle temporary vinyl adhesive graphics provided a simple solution allowing the Gates Carbon Drive team to apply new graphics on site as they set-up their display and interior meeting spaces.  Design criteria for the project included:

• small enough to apply on-site without wrinkles or obvious ‘off-level’ issues
• fun atmosphere – branded ‘stickers’ common to mechanic tool boxes
• large product Roodles created as 4-piece sets to create larger graphics
• easily remove – or adjust location – without damaging exterior trailer wrap

We also created a separate sticker sheet as a handout for attendees – actual Gates Carbon Drive Toolbox Stickers!
